Issue: Kernel hangs at ExitBootServices on real hardware

Description

Boot process hangs after bootloader calls ExitBootServices when running on real hardware. Screen shows graphical corruption after the hang.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Flash nonos.img to USB drive
2. Boot on real hardware (tested on multiple machines)
3. Observe boot stops at "Calling ExitBootServices..."

Expected Behavior

Kernel should initialize and display desktop.

Actual Behavior

System hangs with screen corruption after ExitBootServices message.

Mine hangs on Calling ExitBootServices without screen corruption.

My system specs:
Intel Core i5-11400H 2,7GHz
GeForce GTX 3050 Laptop
16 GB DDR4 SDRAM
Acer motherboard
144Hz integrated display

USB:
Kingston DTSE9 8GB flashed using Rufus with nonos.img

Turned out the memory map was getting thrown away after ExitBootServices. Kernel got ptr=0 and entry_count=0 so it had no clue what memory was safe to use. Real machines have ACPI regions, PCI holes, firmware reserved all over the place. Heap init was stomping on those and hanging. QEMU worked because its memory is basically one big chunk. Real hardware is fragmented and needs the map. Allocating buffer before ExitBootServices now, copying entries after, passing to kernel via BootHandoffV1.mmap.

So the fix that's already in the code (memory map buffer allocation) didn't work. Users on v0.8.0-alpha still hang. The affected devices here. This means the problem is NOT the memory map being lost after exit. The hang happens DURING exit_boot_services() itself. I'm looking forward it

Got past ExitBootServices, but stuck before GUI loading
