Add support for the Footer component to use Next.js <Link>

Currently the Footer component renders the Footer links as a elements through the Footer.ListItem, however it would be good if it could be extended to support Next.js <Link> element within that.

Have you tried the v6 beta @chrimesdev?

The usual asElement prop exists, is it not working?

E.g. Here's a button example but same principle:
