Introduce better security and task handling

Improve some basic security handlings and task handling will simplify thinks for following improvements:

• User handling (Question: purpose of the elasticsearch_bootstrap_pw variable #215)
• Mainentance (No handling for elasticsearch cluster updates (rolling updates) #216)
• Installation

Separate related task into their own files, will bring more structure for further code improvements.
