XIP: The old-docs repository not mirroring to GitHub. #83

The old-doc repository for OpenXIP holds ancient documentation and other project artifacts from the original XIP contract, which was migrated from NCI GForge CVS to NCI SVN. Although we can import the repository onto imphub.org, the repository is not mirroring automatically to GitHub. We believe that we are running into the GitHub web server buffer space problem described in issue 64. Following the solution there allowed us to manually push the repository to GitHub. While this is adequate for now, it brings to light a potential longer term problem. GitHub is not really built for handling large files, such as some of the artifacts (e.g. released code) in the old-docs repository.
The proposal for XIP/AVT is to remove code and data from the old-docs repository, and distribute it in some other fashion, if needed. This would make it consistent with how we currently distribute XIP/AVT binaries and sample data, and avoids the large file issue altogether.
