GitHub: No longer allows files larger than 100 MB in repositories. #82

Description

@ltarbox

As of 13 June 2013 github has banned large files in repositories, and will abort pushes with files larger than 100 MB. Files larger than 50 MB will still push, but will generate an error. See the blog post at https://github.com/blog/1533-new-file-size-limits and the help article at https://help.github.com/articles/working-with-large-files.

This has impact on storing sample data and previous binary distributions (installers) on github for large projects such as XIP/AVT, and likely requires planning for some sort of alternative for NCIP projects.
