modular_list comment uses old index name (pdo)

Example comment for modular_list in driver.ncl includes old index name (pdo) instead of pdv.

complete_list has the newest names for indices

The comments in line 46-48 need to be updated. (amo->amv, pdo->pdv, see complete_list at line XX.) I will make sure these fixes get into the next release.
