Summary

Research and document the required IAM permissions for the en-platform-engineer role in CDS-Test and CDS-Prod under the new SCIP architecture. This must be completed before any manual implementation begins.

Tasks

• Review SCIP architecture documentation to understand permission boundaries
• Identify all AWS services and actions the EN platform engineer needs in CDS-Test and CDS-Prod
• Document permission decisions and rationale
• Review with SA team and get sign-off
