When I changed the language in the options to Simplified Chinese, an error occurred.

It's not just Simplified Chinese. When switching to Russian, I get the same error in some patchers.

Without localization enabled, all patchers work as expected. Once localization is enabled, some patchers work as before, but others stop working.

Of the 24 patchers, only 5 continue to work when localization is enabled.

At the same time, while some of them are only about graphics and it would be possible to try to solve the issue with them without localization, some patches affect work with items (a large number in total) and losing localization is very unpleasant.
