Update jira_bug_agent to use the latest versions of the connectors

- Get the app to use the latest version of the connectors
- Consider wether we can get the app deployed to 1Platform (investigate what to do with the UI part)
- Create or update the docs (on the Github repo and in Exchange and Solutions Central if deployed to 1Platform)
