Upgrade storybook components to new CSF format #1230
Description
Our storybook add-on changed formats between versions. We are using a legacy option now, so our stories still work, but the <Story> and <Template> components we're using are deprecated. We should migrate.
This is probably going to be tedious but straightforward, so we should enlist LLM help.
