[Bug] An inverted lamp applies a signal or something to a covered wire #1981

What happened?
When you place a covered cable over an Inverted Lamp (one that is on already) it applies a signal to the cable and prevents the output on the other end.
Crash log
No Crash
No Log info about it
How do you make it happen again?
Just place an inverted lamp down and run a covered cable over it. put a switch on one end and something to power on on the other (see screenshot)
Both levers are on, but the line where the cable goes over the lamp, does not turn the lamp on.
