Add gitmoji support

What are gitmoji?: https://gitmoji.dev/

Why: A visual indicator of what the commit in commit messages help understanding what the commit does at a glance.

How should it work: Give us an option to select between gitmoji for each commit message. These will be inserted right before the subject text.
