Changes made to Config options do not stay saved #163

When changing config options in SP and LAN worlds, my changes remain unsaved in two ways. One is that they revert upon closing and opening Minecraft; successfully saving changes to Cage functionality from Supplementaries for example, applies for the rest of that session, but does not save over multiple sessions.
The second way is that it won't save changes upon pressing the Save button. Editing values in Throwing Weapons, for example, does not retain those changes after pressing the save button. Immediately after pressing the button I open the config menu again to check if the changes have stuck, and they do not.
The version I'm currently using and tested these on is 1.20.1.
