[1.21.1] [Neoforge] Backpack addition suggestions (Features potentially to add)

Just a couple of feature ideas that I've come across having used the Backpack mod.

1. A way to prevent players from opening others backpacks/backpacks of Wandering Traders
2. Expansion of the Backpack Port's Hopper list to allow other forms of hoppers to insert/pull from the backpacks with ease.
