Nodes cannot be moved inside the comment block

Steps:

• Create Quest Asset blueprint
• Add any two nodes
• Drag-select the nodes and select the "Create Comment from Selection" option on the right-click menu
• Try to move the nodes inside the comment block

Workaround:
You can click the node and move it with the arrows. If you do it at least once, the issue will no longer occur
