OSD and Chapters:
In my opinion the OSD has to much stuff being displayed, when you consider a remote.
What i mean by that, in the screenshot there are buttons to forward, rewind and play/pause. But you would not use them, you would use your remote to do all of that so its just wasted space. The Play/Pause can stay as an Indicator left from the progress bar, but it should not be clickable.
I also think options like Playback information, aspect ratio and Playback delay are things not often used in a normal use case and should be displayed away from those, you would use regularly. Put them in the far right or tuck them away behind a gear icon. This might be personal prefernece tho.
This woul also free up some space, so you could put the remaining audio and subtitle options from the top to the bottom.
Having less can look better, i believe.
There does not to seem to be a way to display chapters during playback, at least i could not find it. A great way to implement this: If OSD is not displayed, pressing "up" on the remote could open the chapters selection. Chapters are very useful and needing as few clicks as possible for useful features is in my opinion ideal.
Smaller things for the OSD. Show clock on top right corner and show Logo instead of plain text in the top left corner.
Options to change what is displayed under Continue Watching or Latest sections.
When an item is highlighted and you press play on the remote, it should start the playback. Saves a click.
If we could reduce the size of the mediabar, that would be great. I'd like to use it more like a spotlight.
Put the A-Z search left or right instead of the top. It will be much more accessible that way.
When navigating a libray and opening an item, pressing back will put you back at the top. It would be great if it could remember your previous position. Also for options.
Support 24h clock format.
Playback works very well so far, no issues on that end. If anything is unclear feel free to reach out.
