Crawler not downloading stories/metadata

After some refactoring to hand in the code, the crawler doesn't seem to download stories and corresponding metadata, the log shows a syntax error in fanficfare(?). Would be nice to get this working soon, but I have currently no idea and @Mome knows the crawler code better. Please have a look! (it's all in the "refactoring" branch)
