2026.2.1 for windows 11 hangs

Hi, while 2026.2.0 works perfectly, 2026.2.1 release starts and after few seconds the title bar and decoration become blank and the application hangs. The same happens also with RC2 and RC6 releases. Reinstalled 2026.2.0 and it works properly. Any suggestion?

Enter %appdata%, for me, it is C:\Users\darcy\AppData\Roaming, please replace darcy with your own user name.

Delete the moganlab folder should fix the issues for you.

BTW Mogan STEM v2026.2.1 works fine for me on Windows 11.

Dear Darcy, thank you for your suggestion. Unfortunately, it doesn't solve the issue. Since Mogan Stem works properly with the previous release, it could be a compatibility issue with some library or driver. Should I find the problem, I'll come back to you. Thank you again and kind regards.

Windows settings in Italian use a comma as the decimal separator and a period as the thousands separator. Mogan opens and displays the A4 welcome page, which is 0 x 0 due to the confusion between the period and the comma. It then begins processing the document formatting on the zero-sized page and then crashes after a while.
This problem did not exist in the previous version. It also exists in version 2026.2.2 (see issue #3152).
