I have MCP servers running that are connected to live connections and I was wondering if there is a drop in way to replicate them (their tools & input schemas) in a mock?

More specifically, I use something similar to this to list and execute tools and was wondering if it was possible to use this project to create a mock server on the fly from any given MCP server.

Context & Background

I am just looking for a drop in mock for existing MCP servers where I don't have the OpenAPI spec available.

What Have You Tried?

I have tried reading the docs but I can't seem to find an example that doesn't reply on the OpenAPI spec to create the mocks. Is it possible to directly read it from the tool listing on the MCP server?
