What is the license of this source?

I would like to include some of it, or something based on it, in my app so that Talk2Watch integration is possible, but need to make sure that is allowed and under what terms. An ISC license would be best for me, but anything can work.

I will add a proper license when I find some time for updating the API. But I share the WTFPL spirit for it - so do whatever you want to do with it.
