Dear MiniMax Support Team,
I received an email stating that my MiniMax account deletion request was successfully processed as of 05-02-2026.
I did not authorize this deletion. I believe someone gained access to my email and used it to delete my MiniMax account.
Please urgently investigate this as an unauthorized account deletion and let me know whether the account, API access, billing history, projects, credits, or associated data can be restored or frozen from permanent removal.
