We’ve made it even easier to update YouTube videos this time!
Step 0: Get a temporary link and password that are exclusively assigned to you from the admin.
Example:
🔗 Link: https://notes-aid.minavkaria.in/edit/abcdefghijklmno
🔒 Password: ****
Step 1: Login with Google
Step 2: Open the link sent to you be the admin. Enter the password given to you.
Step 3: Start Contributing, here you create a new module, notes/resource, topics, videos
eg:
Subject - AM1
- Module 1
- Resource and Notes
- Notes Title and Drive links
- Topics
- Module 1.1
- Video titles and Youtube Links
- Module 1.2
- Video titles and Youtube Links
- .... so on
- Module 1.1
- Resource and Notes
- Module 2

The Textboxes are arranged in this order, so you can add them accordingly
- Show Preview - You can preview your work before "Submit for preview"
- Logout - Logout the session after your work is done
- No Changes to Submit/Submit Review - Submit your work for review to the admin.
- Your changes are saved locally, your work won't be deleted even if you logout, or turn off the browser.
- Submit for Review only once.
- Get your submission approved and merged in the website, after that only continue with your further work. ( Or else this could cause Race Condition, this issue will be fixed in the future).
