First of all, I'd advise you to var_dump the contents of aSessionConf after line 104, to find out where is the WinSCP notes stored.
Then, maybe you can add them to the comments ?

$oNodeToAdd = $oDoc->createElement('Comments', $aSessionConf['WhereYouFoundTheNotes']);
