Button bar not updated when switching away from Quick view

Is this issue reproducible using the latest version of Midnight Commander?

How to reproduce

Cursor is in the left panel. Left panel has regular file listing.

F9 -> Right -> Quick view.

Press Tab to focus the right panel. The button bar switches to the viewer's features (e.g. F4 Hex, F5 Goto ...).

Press Tab to move back to the left panel. The button bar still shows the viewer's features (e.g. F4 Hex), although the actual behavior is what's expected from the file listing (e.g. F4 Edit).

Expected behavior

Button bar should switch back to show the proper actions.

Actual behavior

Button bar is outdated.
