Local Network Access Allow List in Edge v145

Hi team! In Edge v145, I noticed that when I add a site to the allow list in the Local Network Access settings page in the screenshot, I still see the Local Network Access permission from that site. I noticed that this issue was fixed in v146, but I wanted to ask if there are any workarounds for this issue in v145. Do you know of any workarounds for this issue?
