Survey Thank You page

After submitting the survey, there is a Thank You page. Is it possible to have a link back to the application on that page? Otherwise the user will have to click back on the browser, and get the survey request again.

The solution for this would be to include the survey in a large modal window, but the problem that emerged is that when you do that the skip button of the modal is a lot larger and more visible than the submit button on the form. This leads people to skip the submission. The only solution I can see (for the future) is to use a large modal window that does not have a skip button, if it is possible, but code for that would be needed.
