SampleTestPlans not matching up with KlarfView

Defect on die -37/-8.

Die -37/-8 is in sample plan, but not showing up on KlarfView

Not sure if this is an issue with KlarfView or with klarfkit

It seems to be an issue with KlarfView skipping the first die in the SamplePlan. I've tested a few other klarfs and it seems to be consistent.
