Miktex build on Rocky 9.7

There is a problem with the miktex build for Rocky 9.7. The installation seems to work OK but I get the messages indicated in the mitex-report when I run texworks. On compiling adwaita is not found; adwaita-qt5.x86_64 and all the other adwaita packeges are installed, eg adwaita-cursor-theme,
adwaita-gtk2-theme etc
