Crash with Lithium

Steps to reproduce

With the newest version of Lithium, its new block/collision checks completely break Meteor and instantly crashes whenever you load into a world.

• This crash wasn't already reported (I have searched crash reports on GitHub).

• This is a valid crash (I am able to reproduce this on the latest dev build).

I should clarify the issue version is "Lithium 0.21.3"; as "Lithium 0.21.2" works fine with Meteor.
