Address mypy errors, reduce threshold to 10 #48
Description
Threshold of mypy errors was raised to 30 to enable the CI pipeline to pass. We need to address the warnings and reduce the threshold back to 10 in the Jenkinsfile (Globals.mypyIssueThreshold)
