Only show unlisted project chip if it's the main project of the question

Summary

In front_end/src/app/(main)/questions/[id]/components/sidebar/sidebar_question_projects.tsx, the sidebar concatenates all project arrays (tournament, question_series, community, index, category, leaderboard_tag) into one allProjects list and renders a <Chip> for each. The backend's serialize_projects (in projects/serializers/common.py) places the post's default_project into both its type-specific array AND a separate default_project key, so the main project naturally appears in those arrays alongside any secondary projects.

I added a filter that drops any project whose visibility === ProjectVisibility.Unlisted unless its id matches default_project.id. Tournament and Community carry visibility; Category and LeaderboardTag don't, so the "visibility" in project guard short-circuits them through unchanged.

Verified with bun run lint (0 errors) and bun run lint:types (clean).
