[Bug] eReputation score shifting unexpectedly from one voting to another

Description

A user’s eReputation score is unstable. Within a short period (about 2 minutes), a user’s score changed from 1/5 to 2/5 (without new references)

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Observe a user’s eReputation score during ongoing votes.
2. Create other voting
3. Track the score

Expected behavior

eReputation scores should remain stable if nothing happen
