[Bug] Data not fully synchronized after node failure recovery

Description

After a node failure and automatic recovery, data synchronization between platforms wasn't fully restored.
For example, new groups created in Blabsy or Pictique before or during the failure are still missing in the other platforms, as well as in Charter and eReputation.

Other cases may also need to be explored.

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Trigger a node failure or wait for the previous failure scenario.
2. Observe that previously created groups in Blabsy or Pictique are missing in the other platforms and in Charter/eReputation.
3. Trigger recovery work

Expected behavior

All groups and posts created before or during the node failure should appear and be fully synchronized across Blabsy, Pictique, Charter, and eReputation after system recovery.
