Aligned dependency management

In this release the dependency management for Anaconda via the environment.yml and for pip via requirements.txt are aligned, by finally just referencing the requirements.txt.

Initial release

This release contains all code published in the project so far. It contains some tutorials of which some are still quite hidden in den separate repositories. This will be changed shortly and then released again.
