Test out new maps infrastructure

Prepare a build with the following map paths:

```
VECTOR_TILES_URL=https://planet.dev.merginmaps.com/data/{z}/{x}/{y}.pbf
VECTOR_TILES_STYLE_URL=https://planet.dev.merginmaps.com/styles/dev.json
```

And let's make sure nothing changed:
 - projects created on mobile have the same map + it works similar to the production version
