Provide more details in case of SSL errors #1673
Description
In some cases, especially with custom deployment of Mergin servers, people can get this error (when looked into the logs):
SSL handshake failed.
But there are no more details about the problem - it could be missing certificate, unsupported certificate authority, expired certificated etc.
We should listen to sslErrors(...) signals from network reply and propagate them, at least to the log, ideally also to the users.
