Currently, OASis prevalence threshold settings:
loose (≥1% subjects)
relaxed (≥10% subjects)
medium (≥50% subjects)
strict (≥90% subjects)
custom
When I set a 5% as custom threshold, the threshold field in the output xlsx file is strict, rather than loose.
I tried other values, rather than 1,10,50,90, all threshold field in the output xlsx file is strict.
Could someone explain this for me?
