Tasks are waiting in queue...indefinitely...not a repeat ticket #75
Description
Submitting a sequence and entering it in leads to the processing screen with a message saying that the task is waiting in the queue. However, even after a full 8 hours of waiting in the queue, there is no progress and the page remains the same. Eventually after waiting long enough, the task will time out having reached the temporary job storage time limit, but it will not complete the task.
