i know you can game sync through heroic but it would be nice to be able to locally save them

You can make profiles for heroic games. I just tried it with "Deliver at all costs" and it works nicely.

I don't know when to add support for third party launchers like game manager, I plan for 1.4.3 to add support for drag and drop links that are not only from steam but also from epic ubisoft launcher etc so first I'll think about launchers that are not steam and then maybe in the future I can also think about adding third party game launchers.
briefly to better explain the situation in addition to the degree of importance there is the factor that I don't use "for now" any game launcher so I wouldn't know where to start and which one to implement, probably there will be a dedicated version (before 1.5) for third party launchers
