Updade to .net10 and cannot move window

I have update my projet to .net10 and I cannot move my window at all

5.3.1-ci1264

@TheR7angelo can you provide a more detailed description or a project showcasing this bug?
I have created a new project targeting .NET 10 with the MDIX version 5.3.1-ci1264 and I can move the window just fine.
