"Acolytic Preeminance" in logs? What does this do, and how do you access it?

Fairly self explanatory, in the logs there is a clearly related enemy called "Acolytic Preeminence" what is this enemy, how do you access it, etc? Is it an upcoming feature? It's not featured in the changelog, and this is the only place I could find to ask.
