Bump package to v1.0.0 and update lockfile

Bump project version from 0.9.11 to 1.0.0 and regenerate package-lock.json. This commit updates many dependency resolutions and integrity hashes (notable bumps include @aws-sdk/client-s3 & s3-request-presigner 3.1022→3.1023, @emnapi/* 1.9.1→1.9.2, @types/node 24.12.0→24.12.2, bare-fs 4.5.6→4.6.0, bare-os 3.8.6→3.8.7, bullmq 5.72.0→5.73.0, path-expression-matcher 1.2.0→1.2.1, and others). This is a lockfile-only change to reflect updated dependency versions and regenerated integrity metadata.
