Can you give an example how to use LdrLoadDllHook in Line 133 to not load certain DLLs?

Try doing a check for the DLL name you don't want to load, then if it matches return STATUS_SUCCESS without calling the original LdrLoadDll function. Alternately you can do the opposite and only call the function for DLLs you want to load
