You can't turn off the Whetstone Them Options Button

So if you go into settings and turn off the option that adds the whetstone theme options, and then leave foundry and come back, the button is there again? Is this intended? I don't really like turning it off every time I come into the world.

that's not intended, i may be using the old method of saving client settings.
