[Feature] Spectre door

There are already a few spectre wood blocks added in Quantum Things, but for the door we'd need a completely new texture.

Considering that almost all RT blocks and items have unique, "no mod ever did this before" ability, the door should have some special features too!

I could brainstorm and suggest some ideas if you want.

I don't think there's necessarily anything wrong with adding blocks just for decoration, if you do think of some unique feature that makes sense for Spectre doors, and possibly some of the other Spectre plank blocks, be sure to suggest it!
