Numina loads client side but not server side

Numina wont load server side

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to servername\mods add Numina-Forge-1.20.1-2.3.12.jar and ModularPowersuits-Forge-1.20.1-2.3.12.jar
Click on start.bat
See error in console
Expected behavior
Server starts normally and works like client side

still in alpha loads fine on client does not load on server side.
