[1.16.5] Numina Conflicting with Immersive engineering Drill

Numina is having a conflict between Numina, modular power suits, and Immersive Engineering.  In this clip: https://imgur.com/a/FsY0eAb I load a new world with these 3 mods, put together a drill, and as soon as I switch to it, the game crashes.
