Input of fuel and other parameters as a mesh

We are waiting the examination of the following issue on the impossiblity to load a boundary condition in NeuralPDE.jl as a discrete matrix.

This will enable to run the wildfire simulation without interpolating the fuel, wind and altimetric datasets
