Editable and runnable examples.

I started playing with editable and runnable examples: https://github.com/perifer/documentation/tree/run

It only makes sense to enable this in a MacGap context and I saw that there were talks about an example app. So one idea is to point this example app to the documentation.

This is a fabulous idea — I definitely want us to go this way so I've just created a new project for it. Hope you don't mind me giving you commit access to that.

Love how you're making it so the docs can work online and embedded into an app.

I don't have much experience with GitHub pages — is there a way I can play with your code under your account before I pull it into MacGapProject/documentation?

I used the Bundler approach explained at https://help.github.com/articles/using-jekyll-with-pages and the run a server as well as watching for changes with bundle exec jekyll serve --watch
