How to update Intune App Factory scripts to latest version without loosing own changes

Hi,

i would like to update the Intune App Factory scripts in my environment in order to use the new features. I have already made some changes to some of the scripts like the PrepareAppPackageFolder on my own in the past. So what would be the best practise to update the scripts but keep my changes? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
